Language as Scaffold, Promptcraft as Material
KeeAI Art is an experimental media lab where language becomes scaffold and promptcraft becomes material. We gather a cohort of testers—artists, writers, engineers, and curious minds—to probe, invent, and imperfectly refine vocabularies that guide generative AI toward new expressive territories.
The project treats prompting schemas and taxonomies as both instruments and artifacts: carefully designed ontologies that shape output, and poetic maps that reveal the logic and bias of those shapes.
Open Taxonomies, Traceable Knowledge
Participants translate intuition into structured prompt-vocabularies, test them against models, and surface the emergent behaviors. Each resulting taxonomy is published as an RDF file in our open GitHub repository—raw, machine-readable, and traceable—so other makers can remix, critique, or extend what we discover.
Research by Practice
This is research by practice: iterative, visible, and collaborative. We embrace uncertainty, celebrate odd failures, and treat precisely described prompts as materials for experimentation—bricks, pigments, seeds.
KeeAI asks: what new forms arise when we treat prompts like design artifacts, and how do the schemata we build change the imagination of the machines (and the people) that use them?
